From 10 am
At Santa Fe National Forest
Join New Mexico Wild to hike the Borrego – Winsor – Bearwallow Loop in one of Santa Fe National Forest’s Inventoried Roadless Areas.
Along the way, learn about the Roadless Rule, why these protections matter for New Mexico’s wildlands, and how you can take action to keep them in place. This is a great opportunity to connect with nature, meet fellow public lands advocates, and experience one of the most scenic areas in the Santa Fe National Forest.
This is a 4-mile loop hike with 860 feet of elevation gain on uneven surface. Parking is free.
