From 6:00 pm until 8:30 pm

At Las Cruces NMSU - Domenici Hall, Room 106

Join us for "Healthy Waters, Healthy Futures" - Part 2 of our two-part series on the challenges and opportunities facing the Rio Grande and underground aquifers that sustain our community and environment!
Wednesday, July 17th, 6:00-8:30 PM
Free and open to the public!

We'll hear from two New Mexico water experts: Dr. Fred Phillips and Dr. Peggy Barroll.
They'll discuss the effects of climate change and groundwater pumping on the Lower Rio Grande's critical water resources. Following the talks, join a community discussion on the opportunities and importance of an upcoming regional water planning meeting.
This event is for everyone who cares about the health and sustainability of our communities and the Rio Grande. Be part of the conversation as we build a shared understanding of the water challenges we face and find solutions together. Your voice matters in shaping the path forward!
