Very cool vintage Victorian style quilted cape, likely made as a costume in the 1950s or 1960s.

The cape drapes around the shoulders, which measure approximately 19.75" straight across laid flat.
Neck circumference approximately 16"
Length from the base of the collar to the bottom hem: 31.75"

Excellent, wearable condition with one small mend on the collar, about 1/4" in length, nearly invisible, as shown in the photos.
