In winter's variable conditions, from high-peak blizzards to frozen valley rain, nothing beats efficient high-loft insulation that won't wilt in the wet. That's why we fill our Micro Puffs with top- notch Polarguard\" Delta, and surround them with durable, windproof and water-repellent shell fabric. The pullover features a deep main zipper and a hidden, zippered chest pocket. The jacket has a hood that fits under a helmet and adjusts for both volume and face circumference. Jacket pocketry: two handwarmers and two interior pockets (one zippered and one mesh for drying gloves). Both pullover and jacket have a drawcorded hem and stuff sack, and are sized to wear over layers. On the full-zip vest, an interior zippered chest pocket doubles as a stuff sack (with a carabiner clip-in loop). and invisible zips close the two handwarmer pockets. On the pants (see p. 5) the shell fabric adds durability, windproofing and water-repellency. With fully separating, two-way side zips, a zippered fly and reinforced seat, knees and elasticized snap-closure cuffs.
