Easy-to- Iayer Cool Weather gear provides warmth and stretch for a headlamp start on the ski tracks, a frozen river run or a snowshoe climb to the alpenglow. The fabric is a soft, 6.2-oz. blend of 63% nylon, 23% polyester and 14% spandex. The nylon face provides wind protection and abrasion resistance while the Capilene polyester knit dispels moisture and feels soft and plush against the skin. We patterned the men's and women's versions individually to ensure an excellent fit. The tops have a zippered back pocket to store a Velocity Shell (see p. 96) and fuel for the trail. The tights have an elasticized drawcord waist, long zippered cuffs and an internal key pocket. 5% shrinkage. Made in USA.
