Included are two strip(s) of BROWN leather and four drywall screws for a simple yet elegant do-it-yourself installation. Our leather mounting kit is great for hanging your vintage or antique pieces. It looks great and works well to secure your poles to the wall. You can refer to our blog post for detailed directions on hanging your antique skis. Leather strips vary slightly in color and patina. Each piece of leather is hand-cut from durable buffalo leather. Ships via USPS.
Mountaineering "Axe" Mounting Kits:
Come with two - 4" straps of leather, and four black drywall screws.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Hold axe in desired place
2. Screw one side of a leather strip to wall
3. Place the axe "inside" leather strip and "trap" the axe to the wall by screwing another screw into the leather as close as possible to the axe - keeping it snug to the wall.
4. Repeat at the other end for maximum stability.
