The Project: Bugling during the rutting season! Our trip leaders, Jim Bates and David Soules, have spent weeks at a time in the Sacramento Mountains, and they will be our guides for this exciting expedition. This trip, scheduled on a break between hunting seasons, is not to be missed if you want to enjoy a unique window into this area’s wild wonders! On this special weekend outing, treat yourself to one of nature’s great spectacles—bull elk.

The Place: The Sacramento Mountains, which rise thousands of feet from the Tularosa Basin into some of the greenest, wettest ground in New Mexico.
