Wondering about how to get involved with Wilderness and wild lands protection in the Land of Enchantment? Here are a few things you can do to make a difference.
Things you can do:
- Write a letter in support of wildlands protection.
- Help with outreach and public education at community events and concerts, spread the "wilderness word" and meet new people.
- Help with mapping and GIS projects of proposed Wilderness.
- Assist with membership development by hosting a house party where we can event our members and your friends over for a presentation.
- Contribute to our newsletter; we need photographs, art, poetry, articles, etc.
- Lead a hike.
