Stephen Capra, Executive Director of the New Mexico Wilderness Alliance, was invited on the panel of KUNM’s morning call-in show on Thursday, January 13, 2011. The show focused on the fate of state environmental rules under Susana Martinez’ administration, in light of the new Governor’s executive order to review state environmental regulations for potential impacts on businesses and the economy.
